Article 1 (Consent and Collection Method)
JUNDA Inc. (“Company”) establishes a procedure to allow users to click the “Agree” button regarding the terms of service, collection, and use of personal information. By clicking the “Agree” button, users are deemed to have consented to the collection and use of their personal information.

Article 2 (Items Collected and Purpose of Use)
The Company collects and uses personal information for the following purposes. The information will not be used for purposes other than those stated below. If the purpose of use changes, additional consent will be obtained in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

Membership Registration and Management

Confirmation of intent to register, identification and authentication, maintenance and management of membership status, prevention of unlawful use, verification of parental consent for children under 14, notices and notifications, and handling of complaints.

Provision of Goods or Services

Delivery of goods, service provision, sending of contracts and invoices, content delivery, customized services, identity and age verification, payment and settlement, and debt collection.

Handling of Complaints

Verification of complainant’s identity, confirmation of complaint details, communication for fact-finding, and notification of processing results.

Article 3 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information)

Personal information shall be retained and used only for the period agreed upon by the information subject or as required by law.

Membership information is retained until withdrawal of membership. However:

Where an investigation related to a violation of law is in progress, until its conclusion.

Where obligations and claims remain, until settlement of such obligations and claims.

Article 4 (Rights of Users and Their Legal Representatives)
Users may exercise the following rights at any time: request for access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, or delegation of rights by an agent. The Company shall promptly take measures upon such requests.

Article 6 (Destruction of Personal Information)
Personal information that is no longer necessary will be destroyed without delay. Electronic files are permanently deleted, and paper records are shredded or incinerated.

The Company implements administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including:

Internal management plans and employee training

Access control and encryption of unique identifiers

Installation of security programs

Physical access control to computer rooms and storage facilities

Article 12 (Effective Date and Amendments)
This Privacy Policy takes effect on September 16, 2025. Any additions, deletions, or revisions required by law will be notified at least seven (7) days before enforcement.
