Application Procedure

・STEP01 :

Application Submission

(User and account information)

→ Go to SURF.Q Full Application Form

・STEP02 :

Agree to the operating policy

(review strategy operation, security conditions, and settlement rules)

・STEP03 :

Share account setup

(confirm asset settings, maintain or adjust strategy)

・STEP04 :

System Transition Completed

(operation start notice after internal setup)

Operation Security

・Only the API Key is linked; assets remain solely in the user’s account (Surf.Q has no withdrawal authority)

・If abnormal signs occur (irregular returns, trades, etc.), operation is halted and reported immediately

・Strategy changes are made manually by the operations team; automatic access is not allowed

Policy (Mandatory Check)

・Operations will not begin until the policy is agreed to

・Requests for strategy changes, pauses, or rebalancing are available anytime

・Settlement structure and profit-sharing details will be provided separately after full service application
